Program overview

To be a 2024 United Hero, you need to achieve the following target scores in 3 categories of your patient experience scorecard by the end of the year:

Getting needed care
Care Coordination
Doctor Patient 93 Conversations

We receive these scores from surveys2 we conduct with your patients who are UnitedHealthcare® Medicare Advantage members. We will share the results with you to help you understand which areas may need more attention.
